GENERAL:
BETTERPLY FURNITURE MATERIEL INC (BETTERPLY) shall not be liable for any defaults, occasioned directly by strike, fire, flood, riot, war, embargo, labor Stoppage, walkout, lack of transportation; shortages of material or supplies, government regulation, or any other cause beyond BETTERPLY’s control.
CONDITIONS:
The signee, agrees to make payment in full to BETTERPLY for the amounts due according to BETTERPLY invoice(s). Also agrees to pay BETTERPLY, an amount equal to 1.5% per month extra for any invoice amounts past due. In the event of a default in any such payment(s), BETTERPLY shall have the right, without previous notice, to declare all invoice amounts immediately due and payable. In the event BETTERPLY seek to enforce this agreement, the signee agrees to pay reasonable attorney’s fees, court and other expenses incurred by BETTERPLY, whether or not suit is filed. This agreement is not transferable or assignable, and shall become effective upon acceptance by BETTERPLY. By signing this agreement, both BETTERPLY and the signee agree that in the event there is any dispute, it will be resolved in the Courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, and all parties consent to jurisdiction in those Courts
